HI. I have been sitting here searching my files and can not find where I put the infomation on this plant, of course it would be easier if my leg would stop hurting and I could remember what it is called.
Any one here know?
Thanks
Nancy.
Hi... What is this plant called. I just can not remember.
Lamb's Ears....? I think. I remember my grandmother having them along the edge of the drive waaayyy back in the early '70's. They really are as soft as what I would imagine a lamb's ear to be, having never actually touched a real lamb's ear!
I think that's rose campion.
That is definitely Rose Campion and it re-seeds like crazy!
Had a gardening friend who shared those seeds with me about 10 years ago,
still re-seeds every year. A great seed to share.

I stand corrected! I was just guessing anyway! I did a Google search on both and while the leaves look very similar the flower structure is totally different. It still looks very soft though!
This looks more like some kind of Nicotiana to me. Rose Champion has grey fuzzy leaves.

Hi. Judy in Ga... that is it. Thanks so much to all.

Yep here is a link with pictures NYGrower, I have some too and didn't know for sure what it was, just knew it didn't look like the lambs ear I also have except for the fuzzy leaves. I learned something too Thanks! http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=1&oq=Rose+Campion&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADSA_enUS361US363&q=rose+campion+flower
