What do you mean by sweet peppers. Bells, Cherry, Pimento, Ramshorn.

anything that isn't hot. : ) I'm thinking fruits that are smaller and prolific, and the sweeter the better.

The sweet bell pepper I have grown for the past 3-4 years is a variety named Redstart and I get great yields. It's not a real big pepper but it ripens to red earlier for me than any other I have tried. The bell I used to grow was Lady Bell and that was also a good producer. I have also grown at times a cherry pepper named Super Sweet Cherry. The fruits are small but you get loads of them. The Italian variety I grow is named Carmen and is very sweet at maturity.
