Shrimp plant blooms

Our shrimp plants have been in our garden for three plus years and have always bloomed profusely. This year they look very healthy but have had only two blooms. Two! What can we do, if anything?

I don't know about shrimp plants specifically but they look a little crowded, maybe they need to be divided?
