Nice powder blue Saz
Morning Glories 2010 #13
oh wow....now I'm going back out to the greenhouse and tell those babies to hurry up and grow !
I'm procrastinating as it's so hot out already ! I've got a riding lesson to teach later too ! so better get going.
Emma, amazingly beautiful blooms today!
Emma, pretty blooms, love the Ukigumo
Variegated leaves on the Ukigumo too ? whoo hooo ! I can't wait.
Jackie,
You will really LOVE Ukigumo
Your Saz #02 is sure struttin'
Very Pretty
Pretty pretties! I love that n1003 Emma.
Jackie, your Saz is awsome too.
MJ, I love leaves.. in fact I tend to inspect them more than the flowers.
Emma, here is the pink moon vine caudex leaves. ( ignore the caladium as I had forgotten it was in that pot)
I love it. Going to get some more , even. I gave one to my son. His is on his fence. I am going to have to dig that puppy up this fall.
Thanks Emma and Debra.
Debra, it's impossible to ignore the big, bold, pink lvd Caladium
It's beautiful.
Emma, the beauty of your new cultivars gives me ideas for my future breeding.

If I make the association: lime foliage growth slow, I did wrong?
Thank you Debra . . .
Great that you have your Ipomoea macrorhiza off and growing. You should have blooms on it next year. I started a couple of more seeds last year myself. They are so pretty in bloom.
BTW: You have some great MGs going yourself. I like your Solid Blue and your Solid Lavender MGs.
Don't forget that when you dig up your Moon Vine not to cover the caudex.
Dany . . .
I don't think the Lime Foliage is slow growing from what I recall. I'll need to pay more attention to that. I have several with Lime Leaves this year. I have noticed that many with the Lime turns to more of a Yellow-Green as they age, but Ukigumo seems to continue with that same great color. I think ANYTHING you cross with Lime Foliage will be a winner. In fact, I did a lot of crosses last year with Kai no Kasumi
Which is another JMG with Great Lime Variegated Foliage

Love all those blooms Emma. The speckled ones are really pretty.
Beautiful pale blue margin on the Tsuyu and the Fuji Lavender blue is
awesome.
Is the macrorhiza hardy? I have a small one growing in a tiny pot.
Thank you Jackie . . .
Ipomoea macrorhiza is hardy, but probably not for your zone
Even thought it is hardy for me, I still keep mine in pots

Emma, gorgeous blooms today as usual!
I look forward to the 6"diameter blooms of the future, like the giant veggies in the Woody Allen film, "Sleeper." lol
