crepe myrtle bloomless

My crepe myrtle will not bloom after 7 years. Its about 8 feet tall and healthy in full sun 90% of the day. It sits by itself in the middle of my lawn. I have pruned it once 2 years ago to keep branches from crowding each other. Even my landscaper has no idea why it wont bloom. It was planted at the same time as my other 2 (different species) crepe myrtles and they have been blooming for the past 5 years or so. We are all perplexed. Any advice? Thanks.
