Apentia Cordifolia,sun or shade?.

I have an Apentia Cordifolia plant,and I can't figure out if it wants sun or shade,on the info when I bought it,it said full sun,but it droops terribly in this position,and the leaves have gone all limp,instead of being fleshy,I've brought it indoors to see if it recovers,I'm also having trouble knowing how much water it needs,anyone any experience with this plant?.Thanks.
