I have this gorgeous Red Shield Hibiscus. It sits in a pot on the patio and has grown so large, but it has set no buds. When I bought it at a nursery on Florida's Old 30-A hwy it had buds, but they shriveled and fell off. The plant was about a foot high and rootbound...this was mid-May. Will this eventually set buds and bloom into fall? Just wondering. thank you! S. in Lawrenceville, GA
