Let's play the color game....RED!!

Gainesville, FL

I've played this game before on other forums and its kind of fun. Its color themed....show your plant photos of the color indicated. When we run out of plants, we start another color.

ONLY TWO RULES.

#1...You cannot duplicate. That means you cannot show the same exact plant. You can show a plant in the same genera, but not the exact same plant. The goal here is to show the most plants you can ina color to show folks what's available to use that they may not have thought of before

#2...you can only show ONE photo at a time. Not sequential photos of 10 different red (or other) plants

Here's my RED #1:

UNKNOWN PHILODENDRON
Lari Ann said a year or more ago that this is from a group of Philos that was hybridized by a So FL grower and released onto the mass market. It doesn't really have an exact name. But I absolutely LOVE IT. Its new leaves are blood red, as you can see, aging to a deep maroon, then finally to green
