Japanese beetles eating my plants

How do I get this monsters off my plants? I used a basic 3 in 1 rose spray but that does not help. Formerly Ortho had a Japanese Beetle spray but it's apparently off the market now. I have liquid Sevin which I could spray and the bottle says for ornamental plants but it doesn't provide any directions for roses.

I need help with this one.
