How did I miss the hot dogs??? Where were they??

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

In my stomach! LOL!

Remember the howling dog noises across the street from my house? That guy pulled out a gun and took a shot at someone visiting him last night and I saw the whole thing and called the police and he was arrested. The police said that the gun shot blanks but they also found the source of the howling dog noises. He was back at the house this morning - but now he is gone and I hope he will never come back. I just hope he gets the mental help that he so obviously needs.

Oh my gosh, hope he stays locked up

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

wow

those were vienna hotdogs that we get at the deli counter in at grosery store they are great.

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

Cindy did do a great job with the dogs! They disappeared fast!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I missed out on a hotdog as well

:(

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

You should give those Vienna dogs a try if you haven't. Bill and Cindy got us started on them, and they are GOOD! Market Basket carries them around here (at the deli counter). We couldn't find any foot long buns for them though. Those are hard to find.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

I don't care for hot dogs, but might have sampled one had I known they were special.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

memory i had to let cindy know exactly how you described those hotdogs

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

oh Memory.. I forgot to comment... I hope he stays locked up as well... crazy stuff!!!!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

when everyone was clearing out... I snagged one and took it home... what a great breakfast this morning!!!

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

i've been eating a hunk for breakfast - got the one with nuts very good.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

WOW, thank you all for the lovely compliments on the Pumpkin bread!! I was so worried because I use only one certain kind of pumpkin in a can and I couldn't find it anywhere!!!!
To be honest, this bread is not nearly as good as when I have the 'right' pumpkin to use :)

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

well you will just have to make me some with the good stuff next time
;)

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

I think marilyn's friend pat made the barbara bush cookies did a good job too - glad meredith's daughters declined them :)

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Drooooooling over the food. OOPS flowAjen about the liqueur chocolate. I usually peruse the little chocolate index and eat those first though ^_^ DonnieB I usually just call the fothergillia the 'you know, the blue shrub I want' whether I've had liqueur chocolate or not (snort).

Thomaston, CT

Those hot dogs really were the best I've ever had....everything was delish! I was so pigged out, only had a salad for supper. I'll pass on the compliment to Pat, Bill.....she's 86 & legally blind, but she's still a great baker. I didn't know there was pumpkin bread :(.....

Southeastern, NH(Zone 5b)

DD says she knew you secretly wanted them Bill! Lol ;)

Milton, MA(Zone 6a)

Sounds like a lovely time was had by all! Had I actually decided it was too hilly for me or did I just space out? Was Dahlia actually there?

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Carrie I was just an imaginary sparkle dancing on the great wall of wha but I sent chocholate by goose to wha to share. However I have already started dropping HUMUNGOUS hints to my true luv about next year though ^_^

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Tee hee, he knows that once I go wandering away looking at gardens and rocks I will not come back. Just send him a Yoo Hoo from where ever I end up.

Milton, MA(Zone 6a)

Arnold Arboretum, a few miles from me, probably.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Carrie Bill's slopes put mine to shame.. it was a good choice not going

Milton, MA(Zone 6a)

I think that was why I clicked "remove from my watch list" or whatever but it's too bad everyone having fun WITHOUT ME! ^_^ Glad y'all went!
