What products contain mycorrhiza?
Pro-Mix BX contains mycorrhizae. I can testify that it works well on a wide range of plants.

Those are good products if you can find an outlet in your area, as shipping large items can be expensive
You can find a lot of products by Googling.
Be careful of products that are old, as mycorrhizal inoculants have a shelf life. You should know their manufacture date, which should be fairly recent.
