leaf curl on beans?

My soy beans and some of my pole beans look like they have leaf curl. The leaves are puckering and curling under a little. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and what to do about it??

I read about leaf curl online and I thought it only affected citrus? Are your leaves turning colors? do they have fungus on them? Maybe they are just hot and need more water! Can you post a picture? I am in california too and I don't feel like the weather right now would really promote fungus, maybe spring when its moist out!
