Hubby said the best time he had at a bball game was at Fenway.

I've never said it - believe me, I love Fenway. But I hear it all the time from Yankee fans that they think it's a toilet. Maybe they are just jealous though?

Sounds like his allegiance as an Indians fan might have ended when Manny left for Boston?

I forget which player it was, J-2 would know. But the Indians had traded his favorite player. Not Manny.

He was never a Manny fan. The player he liked was Kenny Lofton.

Was Darren Bragg a Red Sox player? Article in our local paper yesterday says he has a business here in town called the Hit Club, & he was doing some sort of fundraiser.

He did play for the Red Sox for a while in the mid 90s but he was one of those guys that had a new team every couple of years.

My poor son, the loyal Mets fan, went to the game with a friend. They got slaughtered 14-1!

Mercifully, I turned it off at 6-1......don't think they're going into 1st place anytime soon....Arizona is pitiful.....poor kid, he must have been very bored!

I'm afraid that all is against the sox unless the other top teams have injuries--I hope not, tha's nothing to wish on anyone. However I'm glad to see the rays ahead of the yanks, Even if yanks are in the playoffs, they won't be top dog.

Youkilis getting hurt was a big blow to the Red Sox, I think. The guy just seems like the heart and soul of the team.

But if the Yankees keep slumping like they are then I'm going to start hoping for the wild card all over again. About a week ago I'd given up hope and was starting to look forward to Patriots season. Er, um, I mean football season.
