How far can Jim Dandy be from Red Sprite and still get excellent pollination ?

In your yard - unless your yard is the Biltmore Estate...
Bees and other flying insects are the pollinators, so their foraging is the key to pollination. If you have no insects, plants that are side-by-side won't ensure "excellent pollination." So, go easy with pesticides.
Describe how far apart you wish to plant the male and female counterparts. Several hundred feet is not insurmountable for flying insects, but closer will always be better.
Jim Dandy and one of the Sprites are 75 feet apart should be OK based on answer above
You should be fine with that arrangement.
