What do I do with my asparagus? Do I leave the trees they make or cut them off? Thanks for your help.

Hopefully someone else with a better knowledge of asparagus will give an answer but I think you are supposed to leave it growing for right now in order to replenish itself.

Yes, leave the plant growing, as that is what is feeding the roots for next years production. You can either cut them down after frost this fall, or leave them until spring. I leave mine until spring because up here they catch snow on my veggie garden.
