When I was water plant "peach seedling", I saw tiny junebugs was under mulch a lot.
A week later, they are on leaf and eating in the late afternoon.
And also, somebody ate my precious tree dahlia in a day or two.
My poor dahlia is almost naked.
But I'm not sure who ate it.
What should I do now?

I went to Home Depot but thay didn't have any of Neem spray at all for some reason.
So I just bought some spray for bridge over.
