Hi everyone~
My lupine has started to grow pods. Is lupine easy to grow from seed and what do I do with it?
Thanks Rachel
What do I do with these seeds
I winter sowed my original packet of seeds.Last year I planted them.I did not get any blooms. This year they bloomed.Mine too are making seed pods.I plan to collect them and winter sow them as well.Edge
what do I do with the pods. Do I collect them and split them open and dry the seeds that are on the inside?
I plan to leave the seeds in the pod and dry the whole thing. When the pod is dried out, crush it and release the seed. Then store them in a ziplock bag.Thats how I do other seed.Just make sure the seed is totally dried before storing or it will mold.Edge
