after a long weekend i found my 6"-12" peas, sunflower seedlings, and cucumber seedlings decimated. nearby lettuce --and lots of it-- was untouched.
the garden is enclosed to keep rabbits away, and i had bird netting over all to prevent bird damage to the lettuce. this is in a community garden new to me so i don't know what critter(s) this is but i doubt rabbits because the lettuce was okay. i have my suspicions but i don't want to prejudice the jury.
what say you?
who caused the carnage?
wellll, I guess something small that could go through or under the netting. So I'd maybe set a mouse trap.
