I would like to plant grapes, but our fence is semi-shade, for the grapes to climb onto. Do you guys have fences for the grapes to climb or is there some other way, like sticks in the ground next to the plant.

i grow my grapes ( concord and niagra) on a standar wood trellis

Could I start out with 1 vine, & then tale cuttings from it to start enough grapes for my eating.
