Zucchini rotting on the vine

What could be wrong? Is it "blossom" end rot? What can I do?
We've had a wet spring and they are in containers.

If they are small and just sort of shrivel up and fall off, could be they are not getting pollinated. Sometimes that happens with early fruit until the bees figure out there is work to do there...
