Lovely, Victor! That blue mophead is something! Do I see a couple purplish heads among the majority of blue ones? Cool! As is usually the case, you are way ahead of me here. I assume your hardy hibiscus are also up and going strong?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Yes, even more this year than past. There are even some pink ones. Pretty weird. Yes, the HH are growing quickly, but no blooms yet.

Is this weed feverfew?? It's about three feet high and very narrow.

Yes. I have it too, but I treat it like a wildflower and appreciate it. :)

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I like it too.

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

weed/wildflower....wildflower/weed.....weed/wildflower.....I think it depends on whether you are a "glass half empty" or a "glass half full" person. lol

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

It will be removed after blooming, though.

Thomaston, CT

Looks like a fleabane....same leaves. Pat, wonderful color on that hydrangea. Victor, those clems are awesome. Jen, that is one cool caladium....would look nice in my shade garden.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Victor those hydrangeas are HUGE

Robin that caladium is Miss Muffet

That Annabelle, which I did not cut back at all, is way ahead of the ones I cut back and is packed with flowers.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

can a sweet potato vine last outside over winter??... or self seed somehow??

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

Great shots everyone! Love the Hydrangea. I have an endless summer which has very blue and very pink blooms on the same bush. Sweet potato vine will not overwinter outdoors. You can try bringing in the tuber over winter. The tuber looks just like a sweet potato ^_^

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

It is amazing to see the hydrangea in full spring. I am a long way off. Third lily just bloomed yestereday and I still have primula blooming away. The last of the narcissus went by yesterday. No Japanese Iris yet either. Another nice day, so out to weed. Here are a few from yesterday. Patti

I think the tag on Lemon Veil is wrong....not sure who this sib is in reality. I will crawl around and see if I can find a tag. Pretty thing. Patti

finally able to get a picture without the sun ruining it - re-blooming bleeding heart - looks only ok although makes for a good ground cover - will need to pick up dead daff foliage soon.
