Can I grow soybeans in between other plants?

I have read that soybean is a great cover crop but I don't have enough space to rotate my crop. So I was thinking of just planting soybeans here and there in between my other plants. If nothing else, having things growing will keep the weeds out, right?

Are there plants that would not tolerate having a soybean nearby?
