Want something this color of the blue Tweedia

I love this blue Tweedia color and am wondering if someone cal recommend something else this color to plant now for spring. Preferably something fairly drought tolerent.

What type of light, how tall ect. ect.?

Full sun, or partial would be alright. I perfer an annual, if possible. Height is not a factor. I just love this color. It reminds me of my husband's eyes.

This site has a great selection of material with photos. You can type in a different color and get a list for that color. You can also change Annuals to Perennials for a perennial list. Hope this helps.
