I am new to gardening and doing as much research as possible before purchasing a plant. I have one Jacobinia that came in about a 6" pot and I planted it in an 8" pot. I do have a lot of shade area. I now want to buy more of those beautiful pink satin looking ribbon flowers. I understand they grow quite large and am unsure how long to leave them in small pots before moving them to larger ones.
Also I need to know if I purchase four of these can I go ahead and plant them in a large pot.
Next year I plan to devote a small corner about 3' X 3' built up with landscaping brick and fill it with soil to plant them in.
Any help about how to get these going will be appreciated. I am in San Antonio, Texas.
Thanks,
36ladybug
