mulch, pill bugs, now scorpions

I found 2 scorpions in my house yesterday. So we called the exterminator. He sprayed around, & under the house. We have lots of trees, and I have leaves around & I have a mulch pile. He says to clean up the yard of the mulch. Does anyone else have problems this year. This is the first time I have had any of these critters. Its always something.

Fact of life around here. Big deal is to get rid of crickets and similar insects, which is there food source. Borrow a black light and inspect the house and yard with it at night. The scorpions fluoresce.

The day I find a scorpion in my house (or in my yard for that matter), I'm vacating the area. I can't think of any creepier critter in this world.

Sgt. Yates: What in the world would you do with a Scropion? Please tell me l good thing about them. I think some people eat them fried?

Well I have 27 Tarantulas, 17 Scorpions, 4 camel spiders, 8 snakes, 2 possums , Bob Cat and a Wolf. So I guess you could say weird is in my blood . LOL and yes their all different .
