It's very nice, but, in my best Crocodile Dundee voice, 'That's not a black iris. THIS is a black iris!'

allison someone posted a photo of a large batch of lupines 16 month's ago and i liked it - built that bed specifically for the lupine and foxglove so i can not take the credit.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Probably pirl.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

not her i would have remembered. do not think the person is here anymore.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Love that lupine bed, Bill, do they flop?

I can't believe you have asiatics blooming already Victor.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

They do flop. That's why I don't grow them.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Is there dwarf ones?

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Lovely Bill! So glad to see someone else w/Lupines. I tend to feel guilty at having so many and they grow so freely here while I know others struggle to keep them.
