Lucky 13 went extremely fast and was getting too long.
So a brand new day and a brand new thread!
To start off, here's some blooms on a sedum ground cover with Campanula Blue Waterfall as a backdrop.
Garden Photos: Partie Quatorze (Part 14)
Miles ... it has a round stem... and it's fuzzy
Allison and Tex great shots, love your noid peony; what were those little flowers, verbena family?
Your mystery plant looks like weeds that I had, think they bloom white small flowers.
the little flower is valerin... Ronnie sent it to me... that is exactly what I was thinking ... white flowers... hopefully one will open today and I will know for sure
The poppies are explodeing.Hope we dont get wind.

Nice shots Luvs, like the backlit Joseph's coat!
glad someone started a new thread, - going back to my usual haunts now... CYA! ☺
More beauties!
Patti - Manifich has not spread at all in ten years. Not one volunteer. It is not like wild honeysuckle. I would not have it if it did.
nice color here this morning!
Very nice, Patti.
Are we French?!! ^_^
Wow, I'm just catching up from the last thread! That went quick!! Beautiful blooms everyone!!
Wow so many lovely blooms so quickly. Love this time of year with things popping open all over the place. Good stuff keep it coming.

Pretty, Jo.
Cool bug shot, Pat. And the bed is looking good. Did you plant that echie last year?
Pat, that's a luna moth....very pretty! Jo, your poppies look great, such a nice accent! Allison, I have the iris with maroon falls, too....makes huge clumps! Patti, that Mixed Up iris is wonderful!
New Dawn is lovely...perfect place for it!
I planted a green echi just a few weeks ago.Green Envy.
I have that one too JoAnn. It will be three this year so I am expecting some nice blooms. The green one in the pic Victor was new this year and came with a bud on it. I will snip this bloom off and let it bloom naturally now. Had to get a look you know how that goes. 'Hope' I planted last year and has returned twice as large. Second try for this one in a different location that it evidently likes. Those roses by your sitting wall are very nice and tempt me. I have pulled out lots of roses here. The addition of the winter moth caterpillars added to the already long list of bugs and blackspot made the plants more of a mess for longer than they looked decent. Love the flowers but the plants just look crummy unless you are willing to put down chems and I am not. Life is too short to put up with an ugly plant when another will do better, jmho.
Here is another new echie that came with a bud. It has already been snipped off. 'Tangerine Dream'.
Victor, great New Dawn! Mine is budding nicely and I've got my new umbrella trellis alternative for it...did not want to buy the one from J&P since the Monet Arch I got from them is kinda flimsy...Now I just have the pry the canes we've been shoving behind the gutter for two years and try to train it up this thing...wish me luck!
