something is wrong with my cannas can someone please tell me what to do? the leaves are roled up and just turn brown they look awful and this is the second year of it

There are some caterpillars that will roll up the leaves of cannas and feed inside this protection, but if that were the case, you should have seen some evidence of chewing damage. I suggest that you contact your county office of Arakansas' Cooperative Extension service (see http://www.uaex.edu/white/) to see if they can be of any help here.
