I harvested these Imperator carrots tonight. First time I've had any success with carrots! They are a bit on the small side, but that's okay. However, one of them looked like this. What is the cause and what do I need to do to correct it?
Carrots: What Causes This?
Inconsistent watering. The soil should be kept moist but not drenched and no dry periods.
