Watercress start from market

I bought some watercress with roots from a store. How do I plant and care for it so that it will continue to grow? Thanks for any and all help.

Thank you so much, figured it was pretty simple. Silly me I could have googled that myself (a senior moment). However when I have a gardening issue I'm on auto-pilot to go to all our awesome DG peeps.

Water yes!!! for watercress. Remember as a youngster my DD stopping at a stream along the road and bringing back watercress, I was so embarassed that he would do that. Ahw now I see that 50+ years ago he was indeed a renaissance man and I am finally picking up the lagecy he imparted to me.
