My bluebonnets are dying now. Will those same plants come back next year? I was wanting to know wether to dig them up and plant something else or leave them alone.

I love them and want a whole garden full next year. Are they hard to germinate from seed?
Can I go ahead and cut them down to the ground?
I never had any luck with seeds. They will spread on their own.
No don;t cut them down let them die naturally. They get their nourishment now. Blue bonnets love their natural climate and hate interference.LOL It's been a long time since i lived in Texas and had any.I do miss them.
