I have three scraggely roses in my yard that something is eating on. The leaves also have little white spots, yellow leaves, and black spots. They are all very scraggely too. I'm afraid to cut them because I don't know what I'm doing. What should I treat them with? Two of these only have one branch coming from the ground, if I cut that will it shoot off branches? What time of year should I do that? I just don't have a clue. I'm attaching a few photos under separate posts.
HELP! Something is eating my roses.
I have 14 roses and I've never seen white spots like that before. It almost reminds me of the sunburn that can occur on other plants when foliage is watered or sprayed in the morning. Do you have a local nursery where you can get advice?
Here is some info for you. The white spots can be caused by insect and fungal disease.

The black spots are also a fungal disease.
