Brand new to gardening. I see these flowers at work, and i'd like to collect seeds from them. I waited until the flowers seemed dried, and just fell off by touching them, but i don't see seeds inside. Can anyone help both telling me what they are and how to collect the seeds?
They are really a much brighter yellow than it looks on the photo.

This is a picture of the seedpods. The flower does not contain seeds, they form after the bloom at the base of the bloom.
