How do you treat a mature Roebellini (9 trunks, 15 feet tall, 20 years old) that has a severe yellowing problem? New growth comes out nice and green, but in a short time the fronds start yellowing severely. The palm is planted on a berm at the base of an oak tree that sprouted a few years ago and is now 30 feet tall and with probably a 30 foot branch spread. I am considering relocating the palm to an open spot in my landscape that gets lots of sun. I am located in the Orlando area.
