Sorry if this is a dupe. I wasn't sure i sent it correctly. Can you tell me what kind of flower this is? I found it growing in ground outside my patio in SW Florida. It's huge with 4 flowers and another shoot coming up. The stem looks to be an inch or so around. It's so beautiful. Thanks for your help.

a couple people say Amaryllis but not positive. Which variety? I've heard Floridian, Apple Blossom. ??
Did you look at any of the sites in the above link. We are sure it is an amaryllis, but suggesting a variety. Look at the picture in this link.just click on the picture to enlarge the image.

Looks like a Nymph Amaryllis to me also. It's definitely an Amaryllis as this is the time of year Amatyllis bloom in Florida.
