I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any books or sites on abandoned orchards? Several varieties of apple, trees untouched for maybe 20(?) years, forest is creeping in. I've found lots of info on general fruit tree pruning but from what I understand one should be particularly careful when restoring older wilder trees. Any suggestions?
