camellia leaves dead
Here is some info on Camellia diseases. It may just be cold damage, but this may help you decide.

The plant does not appear to have any diseases. Camelia, in general, requires a lot of water - have you had any dry weather lately?
Other questions to ask are: was there any digging in the area? did someone snip off a leaf to start a cutting? did a dog pee on it?
the death to the leaves looks water or root damage related.
