When to transplant daffodils

Looks like I need to move my daffodils out of the shady area and into an area of full sun. What time of the year should I do this here in South Mississippi?

Hi CSHEPARD,
I am in central Alabama and I moved some after the foliage had almost totally turned yellow/ brown and they came up beautifully and bloomed this year.
