I read somewher, can't remember where, how to make water bottles for helping to water your garden so you could go on vacation. Any body got an idea?

I'm checking at work today to get about 3 large barrels to make rain barrels. Our city just publicized that water rates are going up 15% this year effective immediately and then 26% next year.

Also read somewhere that those "touchless" carwashes often have large barrels that they give away....60 gallon, 30 gallon and 15 gallon
