Hibiscus issue

Hi -- can anyone help me to identify the problem on this hibiscus? Leaf is bumpy on top, and speckly on back (very very small dark speckles.) Thanks, Julie

Could be spider mites? They love Hibiscus- and their trash is tiny black specks- get a magnifying glass and look on the back-bet you will see the tiny little varmints crawling! They make webs to protect themselves, and can be very tough to get rid of.And Hibiscus are not tolerant of some chemicals, so Google and see what to do.
