i have noticed these brown rusty blotches on some of the leaves-it has only been the same few leaves the past 2 years i have had the plant.
what spray would you recommend and any idea what they could be.

Can you get a picture that's in better focus? I think I can make out where the spots are but without being able to see them clearly it's hard to say what the problem is. But if it's only on a couple leaves and it's not spreading, the easiest fix is to either ignore it, or cut off the few leaves that have the issue. Again it's hard to say without being able to see the spots clearly, but it's possible they're due to a cultural issue like salt buildup in the soil, dry indoor air, etc in which case a spray won't do anything.
