seed potatoes already sprouting

I have my seed potatoes in the garage, but they are already sprouting. It is too early to plant as we are still having temps in the low 20's. Will they be okay until it is time to plant, or should I just plant them and hope for the best? I was planning on planting them in early April.

You'll probably be fine just leaving them alone for now.
