When to harvest for best indoor fragrance

I have winter daphne ready to pop. Any idea when the best time to cut a branch or two for best indoor fragrance?

Sparklie Garden Spike

Oh My!! I love it. Did you post it in garden art? You need to. What are the components?

I am having a bath remodel and used the samples of lass tile to glue to a piece of PVC pipe 2 1/2 " dia. I pounded a rebar into the ground and threaded the pipe over it .the Sparklie Garden Spike is about 7 feet tall.
The top is made by Fuzing garbage bags together with an iron.
I also added any colored plastic like Fritos bags,coffee bags( some are gold) and anything plastic with good color.
I make a flat sheet and then shape it into a cylinder. Took tucks in the top and added fringed plastic to the bottom. Bird seed came in a purple decorated bag.
I made a fringed piece for the top out of red coffee bags 8 o'clock comes in a nice red.I use Goop Household glue and glued the top on.

CLEVER! I love it.

the glass tiles.. did you have problems keeping the 'square' since gluing on a round pipe? Any special glue for the glass tiles...did you butt the corners of the tile or have you sealed the corners with anything?

The egg. I thought I showed you this tho. Anyway here she is. In now for the winter.

No filling in on the glass tile,tiles were 1" sq.
I just spread a column of glue on the pipe and let it set a few mins while I glued the backs of about 10 tiles.GOOP is a glue that works best when 2 surfaces are glued and joined I would press while listening to my currant fave,Phillip Glass. He wrote the music for the movei "The Hours"

I've resurrected Burt Bacharrach (butchered that spelling didn't I?) and I have been listening to Kanye West who (whom??) I think is a musical genius (but can use a change of lyrics.) Also his cousin John Legend --that is all the smooth stuff. For a more country blues or mountain sound Nikko Case and Gillian Welsh. I can't hardly find music that I don't like --except for Big Band.

My tastes are broad also except for what I listen to while working in the studio.

I put speakers outside for when I garden etc. and so filling the air has a different specification and some artists and music lend and some not. The Gypsy Kings are great outside!
