Senate subway. Yes, they actually have their own - even though the distance is easily walked. We rode in it.
Miscellaneous Shots - Part 3
Great shots Victor!!!
Thanks for sharing them! - I liked them ALL! ☺!
Thanks, WC. Wish I had more time and smaller crowds!
Yeah the crowds were really heavy, esp seen with the shot you took near the cherry trees, not easy to get good shots with that mob! - (we got plenty of cherry trees here in LI but no crowds!)☺
... it's like "Excuse me sir... are you through standing next to that cherry tree so I can have my turn??" (lol!)
- Exceptional shots, especially under the circumstances!
Some dumb teenager walked in front of the camera when I was taking a night shot on the mall. I wanted to throw him in the reflecting pool.
And we twice encountered adult couples who could not refrain from slobbering each other - not only in front of thousands of people, but at memorials! Incredible. They can't go somewhere else to make out? I must be getting old.
Ewww! I hate slobbering! ... should have thrown him in so he can reflect on his lack of consideration! ... I must be getting old too! (lol!)
Don't worry, I'm older than you are. Great pictures.
Great pictures Victor, all stunning..... but I don't thnik I would of wanted to move past the waterfalls. ^_^
nice Victor... the waterfalls are pretty great
glad you had a good time in DC victor - thanks for sharing the photo's!
Looks like a great trip in spite of the crowds.
Really liked the FDR monument...& of course, the cherry trees....& the subway! Thanks for sharing.
oh wow... great shots Victor!
Thanks, Allison.
Someday, I'd like to do some other museums besides the Air and Space. We always just went there.
Nice pics!
There will be wonderful memories. I had to laugh when I saw the tiger. Youngest daughter took a picture from right under the front paws when she was a girl scout biking national event.
Thank you for the tour, Victor.
^_^
very nice victor!
i can remember a couple years back flying into DC to catch a connector home in the early evening - everywhere was lit up - cherry trees in bloom - river was like glass - it was very impressive!
Thank you for sharing the photos, Victor! Lovely.
The first I had seen of the FDR Memorial waterfalls.
Nice pics Victor, haven't been to DC in a couple of years, we need to get back there.
Did you like the resort, Jen?
