I have some wild roses growing on a pile of brush in the middle of a field that I'm going to have to move before spring. It is the middle of winter here and I'd like to take some cuttings from them and I need to know if I can can take cuttings now or should I wait until they start to grow. Do I have to take just the end of each cane or can I cut a cane up in multiple pieces and plant each piece. Thanks -Doug

Wait till they are growing.
I agree you should wait till they are growing.
