does anyone have a money plant? are they easy to grow in texas?

i have wild strawberries (small and birds like them) but does anyone have "people" strawberry plants? which do you recommend for north texas?

lg. russian sage
3 different sedum all common forms that grow well here
3 mist flower
5 small reddish/yellow yucca (3 taken)

Want:
any ginger
chocolate flower
mexican hat
hardy cacti
tall yellow cone flowers (name?)
any unusual native plants

I would be interested in a pilosa phlox. Is there anything on my list you would like? Heartleaf skullcap, sweetspire, and columbine are all native.

My Mexican buckeye and spirea have not yet been claimed. Any takers?

Dennis, I'm not having any luck with the tricyrtis. I'll be happy to let you have the rest of the seeds I have though. This is my first year to ever plant seeds so it's probably something I did and nothing wrong with the seeds. sorry JLMK what you want to do.

The brazos penstemons I got at last spring's RU are doing superb, Josephine! I harvest some seeds from one of them last year, and now I have wee little babies!

Yes you can have it, I have them growing in a pot and in the one damp and partial shade area of my yard. At the time I bought it about 10 years ago it was supposed to be the smallest variety of hosta. My brave friend dug it up and brought it to TX right before my house back home was torn down. I have never grown luffa before so how about one of those if you have one left.
