I am looking for a bulb, but I am not sure of the name--- It is similar to the Elephant ear in size-- It grows about 5-6 feet tall, the leaves are burgundy in color, not sure about flowers, but the leaves are shaped like a huge maple leaf thank you

loooking for bulbs to purchase
Hi Marie--I can't help you on what your plant is, but you might want to remove your email address from your post. People will respond to you in the thread as I'm doing so you don't need it there and since this is a public forum I don't know if you really want it out there for everyone to see.
Do you have any other "clues" or maybe a photo of the plant?
Rubarb?

unfortunately no photo-- I am assuming it is a bulb-- again the stems shoot up very tall, (6 feet) and the leaves are a burgundy in color and the leaves are a cut leaf, not a heart shaped leaf like the elephant ear
thank you
