we had a cold spell for over 2 weeks down in south florida and this cactus used to be in perfect shape, what happen and what should i do??

i think its euphorbia trigona but i dont know whats wrong with it, but its prob. caused by the cold, and is that Christmas lights hanging on it? :)
That is cold (scald) damage to your Euphorbia.
