Coffee Break #28 - The cold, dark days
The cold, dark days sure are here at my house. Winter blahs and cabin fever are starting to set in...poo
Hang in there, Ronnie, and don't bother to wish you were in sunny Florida. It's FREEZING here!!!
Bill - I hope you are feeling better soon. Knowing you, you'll get out there in the wet/cold too soon and you'd better be careful about that with pneumonia on the rise this year! Take care of yourself!
thx louise - just a head cold not sore throat
O a new thread. Catchuping. Let's see:
Jadajoy is a Disco Queen
IrisMA is an Irish Queen
Wha is on drugs.
The MIB are closing in on Victor.
Did I miss anything?
ps I SO don't like the title of this thread :( We sprung into spring on Dec 21st. The sun she is back!
Wait a minute, we went from "return of the light" to "the cold dark days"? What is this, the 'star wars chronicles', where they start you off at the middle and then you go backwards and fowards?! (lol!) The cold dark days for me was June of '09 with nothing but rain, in fact record rain totals for that month! - hope we don't get another repeat of last spring! lol!
ROTFLMAO!!!!!!
YA WHAT WC SAID!!!
Pretty dramatic, eh? Next is Fellowship of the Forum.
I'm waiting for the Ents to show up. Slow but good with rocks.
Potential garden with bottlebrush, hibiscus, boogievillas (my fav) in bloom RIGHT NOW and a Queen Anne Palm AND neighbourly leafing trees which are birdfull. Future garden potential in back which is totally undeveloped so I can play and dance and sing. Additional feature is that it comes with a cute little Sante Fe style house. mi mi mi
♫ It's a beautiful day in this neighbourhood
A beautiful day for a neighbour ♫
Sounds like THE ONE!
Looking to move?
Gotta keep your priorities straight. :) Garden first then house.
Snowbirding. South after Tuber Time then back to Cowtown for the Wakening of the Dahlias Festival.
Do you know that the coming Chinese year is the Year of the Tiger?!! ^_^
I didn't know they had named a festival after you, NuttyD. Impressive!!
I am a tiger. Any others?? My wife is a horse and they are supposed to be compatible (??)
I'm a rat...doesn't match me though...my husband is a rooster
You sure ARE a tiger, Victor!!! LOL
Meow.
LOL!

Thanks, Allison!
I have never looked me up cuz I'm probably a spidermite or a leafhopper :(
Just remember it's the thought that counts. Not sure what his thought process was but there you are. As long as she liked it that's all that counts.
Funny - both my older son and I are tigers, and both my younger son and wife are horse.
He probably had to fertilize that field anyway and killed two birds with one stone.
Went food shopping yesterday and noticed they now have 15 grain bread!! Gotta be a marketing ploy aimed at the health conscious. I doubt there even are 15 grains.
I'm a rooster.
"Roosters are very loyal individuals. They do not like dishonesty or mockery of any sort. They are blunt, up front and honest people and expect those around them to be the same. Roosters are happiest when they are surrounded by others, at a party or just a social gathering"
dont know if this fits me thou.....I can be very reclusive.
Do you make noise in the AM?
Im a RAT.....
And Brian?
Celeste - check out the current random plant!
