Grey did not find it here, they have the almond milk next to the milk. Did you look at the original or vanilla flavor? Does reg milk have too many carbs as well?
We got rain in the day and little splattering of snow. Flag got 5 ft of show, phoenix got tons of water... I am hoping we are drying out tomorrow...

We actually have Original, Vanilla & Chocolate here... Right now yes bc I'm doing induction on Atkins... store bought milk has too many carbs, I'm drinking about 4 oz of raw milk a day tho. (lower carb count than store bought) It was huge containers too.. like 1/2 a gallon. Wish it came in quarts. Our Almond milk is in the cooking isle. Next to the Carnation milk, milnot, eagle brand & evaporated off brand milk. There is nothing but soy milk (ewww) with our normal milk.
oh now I understand, cause that is the way it is at the health food store and they have smaller containers there as well. The grocery store is cheaper.
I have lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks, and I do have more energy lately... I think this is something I could get use to. I found Coconut oil tablets which are easier to take, and I take one when I get up, one with breakfast, lunch and dinner and one before I go to bed.. I did have some fish wrapped in a peice of Bacon (OH NO) and baked, it was soooooo good.
ooo that does sound good. mom hates fish so I rarely get it. I have tons of energy, sleep much better & feel so much better. I've been on it for nearly 2 weeks with a tiny break the last two days then i'll go back for another two weeks them move on. I lost 8 lbs in 5 days. We were out of town yesterday, on the road most of teh day & fast food was pretty much the only choice. I felt awful by the time i got home last night. Two days of fast food & I was just icky feeling. I craved fresh veggies & good protein so badly after 2 days of being gone. i am going to attempt to bake a couple chicken breasts tomorrow. Never done that before so we'll see how it turns out.

I found that if you take smaller bites and chew like crazy, you wont eat much fast food, I cut out bread, and I think in the last two weeks, I have had 2 small peices, both on a 1/2 turkey sandwich at Chili's... I felt really full after that, a cup of soup and Veggies... LOL
